Alecia
Business Manager
You might not know it, but Alecia has been a part of this practice since 2005, initially hired as the Office Manager for Dr. Fuller, the practice’s original owner. Hailing from Oregon, she is an alumna of Oregon State University and has called Bend home for over 15 years. Now based in North Idaho, Alecia is our Business Manager, overseeing HR, payroll, bookkeeping, insurance, and billing. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Alecia leads an active lifestyle. She enjoys flying airplanes, riding motorcycles, kayaking, traveling, and hiking alongside her husband of many years. Together, they cherish moments with their two adult sons, two wiener dogs, and a beloved cat.
Rita
dental assistant
Rita was born and raised in Fremont, California. She has been a Dental Assistant for 29 years! She loves to be active and enjoy being in nature. When not at work, you’ll find her hiking, wakeboarding, snow shoeing, kayaking, photographing, visiting National Parks, and attending country concerts with friends and family.
Araceli
Dental Assistant
Araceli was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and grew up in Bend. She attended COCC, earning her Dental Assisting Certificate in 2022. As the second eldest among five siblings, Araceli cherishes time with family. She has a miniature poodle named Osito, whose name means teddy bear.
Sara
Dental HYGIENIST
Sara is a Central Oregon native. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Health from Pacific University; she has over a decade of experience as a dental hygienist. When Sara is away from the office, you can find her doing yoga, running, and hiking, accompanied by Louie, her adorable golden retriever. In the winter months, Sara hits the slopes and enjoys snowboarding.
ARELLY
Dental ASSISTANT
Growing up in Central Oregon, Arelly developed a deep love for the outdoors often found exploring new hiking trails and chasing breathtaking sunsets. As the eldest of four children, she is no stranger to responsibility and adventure. She can be found hitting the road for new discoveries and enjoying a good concert whenever possible. Her days are fueled by a healthy dose of caffeine, especially iced lattes! Her professional life as a dental assistant is guided by core values of being sweet and compassionate. She brings a kind and caring spirit to everything she does and especially loves helping others.
Ericka
Dental Hygienist
Ericka grew up in Northern California and graduated from CSU, Chico with a BA in organizational communication. After working as a dental assistant for over five years she continued her education and earned an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Ericka has worked as a hygienist for seven years. In 2010 Ericka and her husband moved to Bend and they love partaking in all the activities Bend has to offer! When not working, Ericka enjoys biking, traveling and building yurts.
Marjorie
Dental HYGIENIST
Marjorie grew up in Medford and graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene in 1998. She keeps busy rollerblading, ice skating and hiking with her 6 kids. Marjorie also enjoys weightlifting and yoga when she’s not on the pickleball court.
Mackenzie
Dental HYGIENIST
Mackenzie hails from Montesano, a small town in Southwest Washington. With a degree from Eastern Washington University, she brings nine years of dedicated service as a dental hygienist to East Bend Dental. Outside the office, Mackenzie treasures moments spent at the dog park, accompanied by her playful French Bulldog and her two kiddos.
Dawn
Dental Assistant
Dawn was born and raised in Pendleton, Oregon. She graduated from the dental assisting program at Portland Community College. Outside the office, Dawn thrives in the great outdoors. Whether she’s climbing, mountain biking, enjoying the snow, or exploring new destinations with her family, Dawn finds joy in adventure. She’s been married for 25 years, has two daughters, and a yellow lab named Hazel.
JULIE
Front OFFICE
Julie has lived in Oregon her whole life. She recently moved to Bend to take care of her dad. She has worked in Dentistry since 2000, starting as a dental assistant and now enjoys working at the front desk. Julie enjoys the sunshine and outdoor activities like camping, hiking and almost anything water related. She recently has discovered a love for gardening (or weed pulling since that is all her dad lets her do in the garden!) She has a keen sense of humor and puts patients at ease with her bright smile!
